A small fishing village of Tribunj is situated by the sea,15 km from Šibenik towards Pirovac. The place was mentioned for the first time in 1463 by the name of Tribahunj. During the reign of Venice Tribunj was situated on an island and surrounded by a rampart and its ruins can still be seen today.There are 1200 beds in private rooms, apartments and camps available for tourists.
